Worldwide sales of Smartphone have increased by 20.3 per cent

At third quarter of this year i.e. from July to December of worldwide Smartphone sales increased by 20.3 percent. Market analysis institution Gartner analysts say, because of the increased sales of Smartphone in the developing countries market, the demand of Smartphone have been booming in the third quarter. PTI said this in a report.

Gartner has predicted that, within 2018 among the sales of 10 phones 9 phones will be Smartphone. Gartner has forecasted this by analyzing the Increased sales of Smartphone’s and decreased interest In this year Smartphone sales will exceed 120 million units.

Gartner research director Roberto cage said, the worldwide sales of feature phones has been reduced to 25% in the third quarter of this year. The cause behind this is the reduced price gap between Smartphone’s and feature phones. People are inclining toward the lower prices android support Smartphone and showing less interest in feature phones. According to market researchers, the third quarter of this year, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, have sold more smart phones. The rate of smartphones sale has increased up to 50%in these regions.

Samsung claimed the top spot or position in the Smartphone market.  Although it’s market capturing ability has declined compared to 2013. In the third quarter of the year of 2013, Samsung captured of Smartphone market was 32.1%, but this year it has been reduced to 24.4%. Then the positions are holding the Apple (12.2 percent), huyauye (5.3 percent) and Jiomi (5.2 percent).

Gartner researchers said, the china brands have grabbed the smart phones market by proving lower prices and improved smart phones. Who can’t buy Apple and Samsung phones due to these over-priced nature; Different Chinese Smartphone’s brands have given them the experience of advanced smart phones. Android has monopoly power over the market of Smartphone operating system. 83.1 percent of the market is occupied by Android. 12.7 per cent of the possession of IOS, Windows and BlackBerry to 3 percent 0.8 percent respectively.

With the exception of Latin America, Western Europe and Japan, the sale of mobile phones has increased everywhere in the world. According to the estimation of mobile phone markets, Samsung has in top position by occupying 20.6 percent of the market shares of Smartphone’s. The second position with 9.5 percent of the market share is occupied by the Microsoft device. Apple has captures the third position by occupying 8.4 percent of the market. LG Occupies the fourth position with capturing 4.2 percent of market share. And Huaya is in fifth position by capturing 3.6 percent of the market share.
